Our History

Established in 2005 by Managing Director, Reg Frates, Home Assured Plumbing and Building has grown to become a plumbing and building services company committed to ensuring exacting standards, from materials and finishes, to expert workmanship. With a client-orientated approach, Home Assured endeavors to provide a professional, personalised service.

Reg began work as a plumber in 1996. His experience includes the plumbing of residential and commercial properties within the South African and British construction industries. Reg also spent several years with leading South African insurance provider, Outsurance, as an insurance assessor. This equipped Reg with an extensive understanding of the insurance industry, as well as building regulations and potential building shortfalls.

Reg Frates is a qualified Plumber (Master Craftsman), Trade Number 98B097/N2/5PL51572.
